At 66 years old I was past the recommended age for a mini facelift, but general anesthetic was not an option I wanted to consider. I recently had breast revision . Capsular contracture removal. It has been one month out and I am very happy with my results. My implants look very good with a natural feel and sensation. Dr. Mele spent extra time explaining options to me. I did a lot of research on which Doctor I would go with . After five different consults I decided upon Dr. Mele . I am very satisfied. My results are better than I even expected. Caring staff too. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. Well done and worth the time and effort. Happy again!!

I went for a consult only. ABsolutely amazing knowledge. The best bedside manner of all of my consults. Down to earth. Explained entire procedure. Not egotistical like the other surgeons I saw. Only downfall is that he was the most expensive- $6000 more expensive than the other 2 consults I received for the same procedure but I may just go back to him because of the above listed items. The other downfall is that he does his surgery at a surgery center in Concord. From being in the medical field I would dislike immensely being in a surgery center where you are just a random patient to the staff.
