It amazes me to see such diverse opinions of this doctor. I know that it is pretty easy to give great reviews, or to be fooled by a doctor into thinking he really knows everything and is friendly with patients.
But, when i went to this guy for treatment of my diabetes, he was rude, he seemed angry and lectured me about not going to an appointment last year. He NEVER looked me in the face. He talked about me to his “students” as if I were not even there, calling me “him” and “the patient” right in front of me! I asked him several questions about my health conditions and he just rolled his eyes and just went on with his lecturing tone, telling me to change my insulin dosage, seemed angry that I wasn’t taking atorvastatin, told me to stop eating any bread, rice, pasta, or tortillas. He told me that he thought my PCP was “not treating me right.” When I asked, “what can I eat for carbohydrates?” his nurse told me to eat lettuce and fruit. That was one of the stupidest things I ever heard.
I think this guy is an ass and all of his “students” seem to be afraid of him as if he was the Wizard of Oz!
He looks like the Wizard of Oz, so maybe he is.
I only want a doctor I can talk to like a person and NOT one who is angry and runs out of the room before talking to ME instead of his student doctors while I am standing right in front of him!

DR. WANSKI IS THE BOMB!!! He has forgotten more than most will ever know. He took his time with my husband and explained what his situation was and what we needed to do to get it taken care of, all the while, teaching his student and taking calls from the hospital. And he still could come back and retain his thoughts on my loved one's condition. That was SUPER impressive!!! He didn't miss a beat!!! We were VERY grateful for the Doc's knowledge and patience (no pun intended) and it didn't hurt that he looks like Frosty the Snowman. He is very well staffed also. Everyone we came into contact with, knew their job and how to do it with efficiency. I would recommend this doctor or his staff to anyone and everyone!!!

This Dr. is very good. He doesn't rush your visits, he is very detailed and expects the patient to follow through with their part of an action plan. This is a very busy office but they have a great staff that makes things flow effiiciently. The Dr. will see you now.
