I CALLED TO RENEW A PRESCRIPTION BY PHONE.
SHE SAID 'WE ARE VERY BUSY HERE, I CANNOT CALL IN YOUR RX NOW.
I ASKED IF SHE COULD CALL IT IN WHEN IT WOULD NOT BE SO BUSY.
SHE REPLIED 'YES/ YES, LATER'. I ASKED COULD YOU DO IT LATER TODAY.
YES, YES, LATER WE ARE VERY VERY BUSY.
MY RX IS A MAIL ORDER AETNA PLAN. QUITE A GOOD ONE.
THE RX HAS NEVER COME, SO I ASSUME NOT PHONED IN.
SOUNDS LIKE AT LEAST ONE OTHER HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH STAFF PERSON!

One of the office staff is out of control. She needs to be replaced. I will never go back there again based on how disgraceful she was. Her behavior overshadows any good one could possibly say about the doctor. Too bad for him. It is his fault for keeping her. He has now lost at least 5 new patients and some existing because of her.

very knowledgeable and an old pro. bedside manner a bit arrogant, but not a flake. wonder if he's up on the latest meds, and he's a bit reluctant to try new things, but overall, a very good derm. office staff on the edge of rude.

Very knowledgeable, personable and caring. Answers questions. I've been to four dermatologists in the past 16 years. This one's a keeper.
