In terms of Dr. Cole's expert knowledge, experience, and educational background in her field of practice, I would give her a rating of 9 on a scale of 1-10. In terms of practicing with integrity; or the highest standards of ethical conduct with the utmost regard for her patients person, dignity, informed consent, and right to be treated humanely, I would give her a rating of 1 on a scale of 1-10. My own personal experience with Dr. Cole allows me to support the claims of her untimeliness, negligence, poor judgement, and disregard for others. I would never recommend a doctor who violates the civil liberties, rights, and wishes of others, nor a doctor who alters their notes to justify their unethical behavior or conduct. This review is based on my own personal experience with Dr. Cole, whom I initially found to be friendly, and caring during my first appointment with her, but everything else otherwise, several weeks after.

Dr. Cole decided to go on vacation the week of my due date, so she did not actually deliver me. She should never have accepted a new patient if you knew you wouldn't be around for the due date, even if due dates aren't accurate, you have to go by something! She was always in a rush and never on time for appts. Mostly saw the nurse practicioner because Dr. Cole always had to cancel. Then, apparently I had a balance on my account after the birth (which I probably knew about initially, then forgot when an overdue bill was never sent to me). Instead of telling me, they just canceled and rescheduled my yearly gyn appt FOUR times. Finally someone told me and I got so mad that they put money in front of my health, that I refuse to ever go back there. I'd pick your second choice.

Always in rush (hardly spend 5 minutes) and never asked if we have any questions. Her knowledge is very good but little less caring that makes me nervous.

I honestly can't say enough about Dr. Cole and her entire staff. I started going to Dr. Cole when she was in Burlington and the office was disorganized and always ran behind schedule. I never felt it had anything to do with Dr. Cole though. She is always friendly, takes the time to listen, gives you educated answers and always wants to help. After suffering a loss, my husband I were devastated, but Dr. Cole was very comforting and reassuring. We had our first child just over a year ago with Dr. Cole and it was a perfect experience. I still see Dr. Cole every 3 months of other health reasons and can honestly say that I look forward to my visits with her. No matter how busy and no matter what is going on, she's always got a smile on her face. Her staff in the new office is AMAZING and I would highly recommend Dr. Cole to ANYONE. It doesn't get any better than her.

i was with dr. cole when she was in burlington and had many more cancellations there (so far). Now that she is in winchester I feel that we like her services even more. I would definitely recommend her to others. She's very pleasant and if you can schedule your appts in advance you can get more preferable times. I wish the office hours were earlier in the morning and there was an in office lab.

Dr Cole is very nice but NEVER EVER runs on time... She will even keep you waiting while on the phone with personal stuff or just chit chatting.....

Dr Cole has great ratings in a lot of areas, but she is not prepared to be in business on her own. I'm a new patient and my appointments have been canceled multiple times now, with a reschedule 6-8 weeks out from the original time. While I certainly appreciate that high priority and last-minute medical treatments will be needed for other patients (especailly an OBGYN!!), she is simply not ready to handle a single practice. She has no Nurse Practitioner, and the repeat calls about her necessary cancelations is frustrating and feels disresepectful.

Dr Cole and her staff are my life savers! They are friendly and knowledgeable, they really comfort you and make you feel like your the only patient, most importantly Dr. Cole takes her time with you and listens. Dr Cole and her staff go above and beyond, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Office staff is very rude - waiting time to be seen is crazy, Dr. Cole herself is great, she needs to find new staff before her office staff scares/turns off any more patients.

She was very helpful to me throughout my entire pregnancy. Answered any questions my husband and I had as well as recommendations to keep me comfortable towards the end
