Carol can be abrupt. But, I always thought she was just being terse and not unpleasant. I have had Ken as a doctor for 15+ years and he is thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. He is, by far, the best GP I've ever had (and I've had 5, so far). His wife (Chris) who fills in for Carol on her day off and who everyone criticizes, is also extremely helpful and courteous. Yes, they do not gab about your grandson's soccer game, or whatever family highlight you want to discuss, but they provide excellent medical assistance, however curt it may be. Perhaps, if the people who find the staff "curt" or "terse" as "coarse" and "unpleasant", walked a mile in their shoes, they wouldn't be so quick to complain. Ken and his staff are very professional.

His office staff is terrible, and they don't seem to care about the patients at all. It always takes forever to be able to make an appointment with him and then when you go to your appointment he seems so rushed and doesn't care at all about your problem. He doesn't take the time to properly diagnose what is wrong with you. I have had many TERRIBLE experiences with this dr, and if there wasn't such a shortage of drs I would switch drs right away!

My family has been with Dr. Morrison for approx 26 years. With in the first three years I lost what faith I had in him. He took over from our retiring Doctor. I believe that he isn't really a very caring doctor and I also believe that most of his staff need lessons in manners and empathy. It's a shame that there is a shortage of Dr. but maybe he should retire!

Dr.Morrison and his staff are abrupt and rude. My elderly Mother gets nervous and agitated when making an appointment, asking questions and going to regular check-ups. The staff insist elderly, sick, crippled patients remove their shoes. Family members are not welcome. I wish they cared as much for my Mom as they do for the carpet.

He has always treated me fine. However, my husband does not like him because he always replies to any problem as, "you're just getting old."

Dr. Morrison has been my family doctor for 28yrs, and if doctors were more plentiful in Ontario I would get a new one. My family has suffered undue progressed illnesses with permanet effects, due to lack of interest and misdiagnosising, even after a sever life threatening injury, he still does not seem overly concerned with the medical well being of my family and we must advocate to other resources in order to get the care that should have been given in the first place.

I am so tired of going to a doctor who just doesn't care anymore!! I was hit by a car (as a pedestrian) and he has not so much as touched me or examined me. I am seeing a physiotherapist now who is wonderful. She is very dismayed that he will not order tests to see if I have a complete or partial tear of the rotator cuff. He just shrugged his shoulders when I told him I have no feeling in 2 fingers. He actually told me if it's still like this in a YEAR he may consider ordering tests then. I do have a life, and a family and I need to work. So waiting a year doesn't cut it. His office staff is horrible. If I ever acted like they do on a job I wouldn't have the job anymore. He should give it up and play the sports he seems more concerned about!!!

Dr. Morrison is my parents doctor and only because they are elderly and not wanting to change. However his office staff should all be fired and then maybe things will change. The front office staff decides how long you have to wait for an app't. My parents who are not in good health have had to wait 3 weeks for an app't for very serious issues. Dr. Morrison is good if you know what you want and request a referral but then again the office staff tells you to find your own referral. I did this for my Father and after many frustrating calls, one very nice receptionist understood my dilema (that he had to find his own surgeon) and allowed my Father to have an app't. This was with a surgeon! Another time my Mother ran out of meds and was unable to get in to the doctors and I called and was told that they could not give her more unless she came in, so I called her specialist, who got them to her. First get rid of the office staff and his relative, then his patient care may improve

Dr. Morrison's practice has gone WAY down hill. Both of his front office staff seem to go out of their way to be rude to you. My wife's pregnancy started out with his staff asking me to phone an OB and refer myself and that i didn't need to talk to the Dr. There are now several OB's out there that think I'm an idiot. He seems to care very little about his patients these days which is unfortunate. I agree with those of you that suggest retirement. We also get constant complaints about his staff from our two specialists at UWO (my wife has a permanent condition that there is currently no treatment for requiring her to have a G.I. and C.R. Surgeon). Both of their front office staff complain to us about his front office people. I am not writing this in hate, just in sheer frustration. I am so dissapointed in staff and we are more than likely dropping him and using a Clinic until we find another Dr. I personally have had him as my Dr. for approx 14 years.

Dr Morrison is a great guy and Doctor..every buddy has bad days...the people that complain are most likely the one that come to him with a hang nail....or are there very day about some little thing....
