Dr. Chang is the best doctor of any kind I've ever been to. I visited once before I moved away from the area, and his professionalism, patience, and excellent bedside manner stuck with me for years. I called his office about 18 months after my last appointment to request a prescription refill, and Dr. Chang himself called me back promptly to follow up and authorize the refill, at no extra charge. Astounding!
