Dr. Montefolka is very personable and knowledgeable. The Receptionist was also very personable, but the Nurse taking vitals was rude.

Stands by counter 5' from you in a small room for most of visit. Physical exam varies from none to minimal to overly quick. My first encounter with him was excellent, but if your case is not simple, he feels stress is an issue, or you have many medical conditions then he does not really want to work with whole picture. His aide or RN who takes vitals is outright rude. She has a real attitude problem and will turn your hand blue taking your blood pressure. I used to take vitals in a hospital and if I did it like she does I would have been fired.
