During my visit Dr. Maggie Zaki was very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I was considering to have this medical provider as our new family doctor. However, in my first visit, which was in August 2018, I experienced a bad impression and as a result my expectations of service weren’t met. It was very disappointing and surprising the way that Dr. Maggie Zaki reflected poor patient service skills at that time. She demonstrated lack of communication in regards to what she was going to perform to the patient and informing the findings of the check up. Also, she tends to interrupt the patient while answering questions that she had asked. In a healthcare profession, there are primordial aspects that are the key when interacting with patients, such as being an active listener, good communicator and providing information in a concise way along with a sense of professionalism and kindness. These are the qualities that I look for in a doctor and that I certainly didn’t see in her. On the other hand, I can say that the front desk receptionist was pleasant as well as Ms. Diaz, the medical assistant who was very professional at all times.

Dr. Maggie Zaki is an ok doctor but she just don't get back to you when you leave messages or email her through mychart. I can't have a doctor who just don't care. She is also sometimes hard to understand so you have to listen closely.
