Can't say enough good about Dr. Higgs and Julie and Kelly. They are caring and provide excellent medical care. We are blessed to have them looking after us. Dr. Higgs recently went above and beyond to look after my father. We are very pleased with our care. Glad she is our doctor, very fortunate.

Love her!! Always listens to our concerns, always able to see the kids when we need to. The nurse practitioner Julie is also amazing. They both genuinely care and look after all their patients. I’m so glad we are patients here.

Things have gotten way better now that she got rid of her nasty receptionist "Jenn". Kelly is awesome & the new nurse Julie is a sweetheart. Makes going in way more enjoyable then it used to be!

If I could give more than 5 stars across the board I would! She's an amazing doctor and the staff are the same, you can tell that they actually care for there patients. I was suffering from severe anemia and had no idea I was actually there for something else but Dr higgs and Julie caught it right away, sent me for blood tests and within a couple hours I was admitted and getting transfusions I needed to bring my levels up. She's also is amazing with my 3yr old daughter too and they've always made my wife feel comfortable there also. By far the best family physician we've ever had.

I find Dr. Higgs to be a very good physician and addresses my concerns satisfactorily.

Call and everytime they are on the line or no answer. So go over in person and the door is locked at 1130 but it says they are there until 12. never get any good info from her. just feel like we are wasting her time. I just use her to get refurels to docs that take the time to listen.

I would much prefer, and would likely be better off dealing with a computer. Her main concern is ensuring you make separate appointment for each concern you have. I use walk-in clinics when possible.

If I could rate her less I would.
She has been my family doctor for a number of years since I was about 22 when I moved to Fredericton.

I have had to deal with two serious medical issues, both of which are very difficult to discuss and are emotionally difficult.

She has made me feel bad about these issues. Telling me it’s in my head and making me feel like I’m a liar trying to get prescriptions.

As of today May 2019 I am actively searching for a new family doctor.

She is condescending, a know it all, unsympathetic and belittling. On top of that whenever I call I get voicemail, and I am generally made to feel like a number.

She is very helpful if you know what you are going in for - if you don't know or tests are required she is very dismissive. I don't visit the doctor very often unless it's an emergency, but I find she's never really "assessed me" and she refused to do a physical on me because I was under 50 .
