Dr Bethal is a great doctor. She has been around forever and is very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have been seeing her for 25 years and she has always been a great caring doctor. However, her check in office clerk (the first person to greet you) and her PA/Nurse Practitioner are the very worst. Very rude, uncaring, and unfriendly. They literally make a point to treat you with disrespect. Because Dr Bethal is getting older and I fear she may retire soon and her previous PA/Nurse Practitioner Amy left the group (she was awesome), I ended up finding another doctor.

Dr. Bethal is good for the day to day check ups and she has been around forever, but when I encountered infertility issues I didn't feel like she was aggressive in referring me out to a fertility specialist....and time is critical with this issue.
