Dr. Wall is a butcher...see him at your peril. One procedure led to 2 more. Most pain I have ever felt in my life.

I have been a patient of Dr Wall pre Covid and Overlake merge. So don't use this as an excuse. My first visit I waited in the Exam room 1;52 mins. Unexcusable.
Renewing my Rx is ignored by the Staff and particularly Dr. Wall
It takes numerous phone calls, faxes from the Pharmacy and a lot of agrevation

On my latest renewal, it took me over 11 phone calls in a 2 week period. I got the same lip service "The check is in the mail" attitude. Lots of lies, promises but they don't deliver. I was put on hold today 49 mins. I called from the Pharmacy, they never got the fax, or digitally. Lies, lies, lies.
I asked Dr Wall face to face. Why you don't respond requests to renew RX. He told me that he gives low priority. No kidding? Talking to a human with vital organs is useless

Either he lacks compassion or competency. One of the most incompetent Dr. I ever got across.

Dr. was a complete disappointment and rude. It was a waste of time, unhelpful, there was poor follow up, and facilities were disgusting.

Dr Wall is great if you have a simple problem like a urinary tract infection or something along those lines. However if you have something complex, he completely gives up and gives you blank stare. After getting the same treatment 3 times in a row, he did some basic tests and wrote a script and sent me home. He's great for simple stuff, but if you have a serious problem he's not the right person to talk to. Go see someone else.

In my 35 years, this is probably my worst experience. I truly feel failed by this doctor. He could have done just a little bit of research and solved my problem, but instead just threw prescriptions at me that i didn't need.

Dr. Wall was honest, resourceful, and diligent in treating my problem. I would see him again for treatment if the problem recurs, and I would recommend him to any friend who needs a urologist.
