This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Rude staff, and a MUCH more rude dentist. This place is a joke and this man needs his license revoked

I moved here from GA and found Dr. Lee. I have been very satisfied with his service. He, unlike the dentist I went to for 10 years in GA, is not a dentist that is out to make money on you by inventing expensive procedures that should be done. I had bit down on something and some of my filing came out and had to recently make an appointment to see him. In my previous appointment with him, he noted the two hairline cracks one in the back and one on the side on another tooth. He told me that I may eventually have to have a crown. So when I last went to him to repair the filling, instead of doing a crown and charging me a large amount of money, he refilled my tooth plus the other tooth for only $81.00. I received a REFUND check back for $34 about 3 weeks later. My dentist in GA never gave me a refund! Same insurance too...Aetna. I give him two thumbs up.

I waited over an hour to be seen although I had an appointment. The doctor kept leaving the room; had at least 3 other patients at the same time. I noticed, dead roaches in the drop-ceiling lights over patient's chair. He didn't wait long enough (not even 2 seconds) after placing topical numbing agent to the gums before injecting anesthetic, so I felt the needle going in. After that, I still felt the drill on my tooth and when he hit the nerve, he acted like I was faking it. He was very rude to the dental asst who was mixing up the temp filling. He kept saying, you have to make it look like biscuit dough, you ain't never made biscuits, have you...come on now, add more liquid...etc. Very demeaning to her. I also heard (when he left the room again) another patient choking on her saliva in the next room. He said very loudly, "Breathe through your nose, breathe through your nose!" I just had him put the temporary filling and left. I will never go back there!
