I first saw Dr. Ninan after Neal Watkins retired from Clear Creek Clinic several years ago. He is one of the most competent doctors in the Houston area. He has a methodical approach to diagnoses, that are “very exact.” No guessing of ‘what pathological process is going on. Last year I had a stroke and while not debilitating, the symptoms were vague. He returned the call the day that I called him. We discussed the symptoms and he saw me within a few hours. A MRI was ordered, confirming the stroke and an appointment with a neurologist, Nishith Majmundar, MD was made the next day. “Dr. Maj” was excellent also, and made the observation about Dr. Ninan’s diagnostic capabilities. Dr. Ninan was also the doctor that diagnosed my mother-in-law with an acute MI, after the cardiologist had missed the slight change in cardiac enzymes. As long as he is practicing my wife and I will be his patients.

I received a late appointment, walked in the door 1 minute late due to traffic (office stays open until 5 pm), checked in, paid my copay, my medicine arrived for my shot a couple minutes after I finished checking in, but then I was told they couldn't see me. Didn't offer to refund my copay, just asked me to come back next week and be here before 4:30. This wouldn't have been so bad except this has not been the previous practice, on previoud occasions I had been taken as late as 4:45 without issue. All of this on top of a lab worker who can't find a vein, an office staff who can't or sometimes doesn't call in prescriptions, office staff who has completely cancelled appointments when when requested to reschedule. I like Dr. Ninan but I'm paying way too much for medical benefits to have to put up with the incompetance at the clinic itself, I'll be changing my family's primary care physician when I get the first chance.

Dr. Ninan is fantastic. Because of his popularity, I sometimes have problems getting in to see him. Once you have checked in to the clinic, wait time can be extremely long. HOWEVER, upon being placed in a room, I feel as if I am Dr. Ninan's only patient. He doesn't rush me, takes into consideration my anxieties, and concerns and recommends accordingly. He is not overly aggressive with treatment, but tends to know just what I need. The only reason I return to this clinic is Dr. Ninan. I have seen 3 other doctors there, however, I have not been impressed, and actually was treated poorly by a PA. However, I completely trust Dr. Ninan and know he would never steer me wrong. I would follow him to another practice if he left. GREAT DOC!!

Dr. Ninan is the best! I have gone to him for years and always get all my questions answered and always leave confident that we have a good plan for treatment. Dr. Ninan takes his time to hear what you are there for and answers all your questions. My parents see him now also and love him just as much as I do. Dr. Ninan is a treasure in this day and age.

My husband and I LOVE Dr.Ninan, it's the staff that is questionble. We have trouble getting perscriptions refilled when his nurse is off or on vacation. Other than that he has yet to srir me wrong and I literally trust HIM with my life!

I love Dr. Ninan! Had been with Dr. Aquino for years but he got so busy I tried Dr. Ninan and have stayed with him. He respects the fact that I'm a nurse, responds to all messages quickly. He is the perfect balance between aggressive and conservative and has never made a referral to a bad doctor when he has referred me out. I would recommend him to anyone! My whole family sees him now.
