Dr Mogan has been our family doctor for many years. She is always very professional, kind and supportive. It can take a while to get an appointment when it's non-urgent but understandable as she has a busy family practice.

Dr Mogan has been my Doctor for 20 years and never once have I had an issue. Having lived in a few provinces and many cities and towns she is one of the best family Doctors I’ve had. If your having trouble seeing her, that’s on you,
she is a busy lady. I always make an appointment 2-3 months in advance as soon as I finished my current. If I don’t need to see her at that time, I will cancel well in advance. Her receptionist has always been polite, helpful and professional.

I have lost confidence in this doctor. It's impossible to get an appointment within 4 to 5 weeks and I've been left waiting for test results (recall suspicious mammogram) for over three weeks. Her receptionist seems to be the one who gives medical advice and opinions. I hope I never have to rely on her for urgent care. If I could change doctors, I'd do it in a second. Very disappointed and very worrying.

I have no confidence in the care from this doctor. Her receptionist is not only rude but gives out medical advice over the phone! It's impossible to get an appointment within a 3 to 4 week period. As a result I've had to go to ER instead of seeing my doctor. If I could change doctors, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

My calls are never answered and when they are, she is never in. I have to call numerous times a day to try and get an answer.

I have had multiple problems. If you manage to get on the phone with the receptionist, she is never in. Phone appointments are never respected, I had 2 phone appointments where I never got a call, and when I try to call it goes directly to voice mail. Referrals are never sent in and I end up looking like a fool when I call the places saying I got Referrals. I got confirmation from the receptionist that they were sent in too. I am really struggling with this doctor and I am at the end of my rope. She doesn't care about her adult patients or so it seems.

Dr. Mogan is most assuredly the best of the best. She is intelligent, thorough, and as empathetic as they come. In my experience over the past 6 years she has always taken extra time with me and my family (who by the way she accepted as patients when we relocated from ON as a kindness). She notices the small things when she is speaking with you- she looks you straight in the eyes and takes it all in, and that is hard to come by in an overburdened system. She would have been a rockstar of a therapist with her intuitiveness, compassion, and ability to give rock solid life advice. It has been years and years since I felt like I had a “family doctor” that holds a sense of who you are between visits, and someone who you know will have your back, in the unfortunate event of- oh I don’t know- a global PANDEMIC.

Dr Mogan is good about her younger patients getting to be seen but her adult patients frequently have longer wait times as I have personally waited 2 months to be seen for chest pains. Birth control for a younger patient? 2 weeks. I do think she cares about her patients but her receptionist seems to have difficulty in managing her patient load. She is quick to send on referrals if she doesn’t know the solution or is concerned about a more serious issue.
