The staff usually setup appt atleast a month in advance , but never call you the day before to remind. They will then hit you with a no-show fee and send a bill promptly. They make you sign a contract for a lumpsum at the beginning , but insist on paying it even if the doctor sees the patient once in three months. In effect , the contract is only for the money the doctor colletcs , but not for a minimum number of visits or service. If you miss one appt. , the staff never followsup in rescheduling , but the billing department will be very religious in sending you the bill. When I called the front desk to complain, they explained that the reminder calls are 'courtesy calls' and if they dont make it , then you have no way to get the next appt. Avoid this doctor.
