Nightmare. The facility is a dump, had to wait over 45minutes. She seemed like she was laughing at my concerns, listened to me with a blank stare (barely) and ushered me out with no instructions. I had concerns about gynecological/endocrine disorders and she told me I wasn't "obese" enough. I am 25lbs overweight - how fat do I need to get? UM Health Systems is a huge disappointment, and I'm a UM employee... I'd rather pay the extra $ to see someone who actually cares.
