Coming from a very faithful patient who felt privileged to be part of this practice, once the waiting room time hit 2 hours it was over. Long waits were the norm but the only safe way to go to the doc was to take an entire day off work and that is unacceptable.

Dr. Z may use his laptop, but only to enter patient information or review testing done at local labs/hospitals. He is 100% better than our previous physician -- is caring and concerned about our overall health. He has been a lifesaver for our family -- we were frustrated by lack of attention to our health with previous physicians. We no longer feel that we are part of a quota -- he takes his time with each patient -- that is well worth the wait. BTW -- the 5th day is his surgery day (I've been a 5th day patient so I speak from direct knowledge).

Receptionist friendly, but schedules appointments incorrectly; does not call to confirm appointments. Only open 4 days a wk - we end up at urgent care more often than FP. We are in waiting room for up to an hour. When finally in exam room, dr is on his laptop not looking at you. He was very good at Waterford Family Health, but I believe his former support staff made him more effective and efficient.
