I loved Dr Campbell and miss her. When she ordered tests...she would go over the results with me from previous and up to date and made sure I understood what was going on. She was a sweetheart. I had been seeing her for about 19 years. I would love to be her patient again.

very unprofessional to close office without informing patients or do a transfer of care. found out office closed when lab refused to take script, i guess appointment is cancelled next week. had to call department of health to find records. now we have to pay for them and wait four months to get in with another doctor. can not get refills on important medications

how could i remember where my record were sent when i was never told. i was never told that the doctor was closing the office. never told that i was not going to be able to get my medications. how irresponsible and cruel can you be. i had and appointment in november and if she was closing her doors at the end of that month, you'd think she would have said something. omg

Just found out that dr Campbell is closing her practice .... very sad I love love this dr and if she is going somewhere near I will follow her. As far as her staff I have found them to be very professional

Stacy is a rude, mean, awful person! She DOES NOT belong working with the public! Dr. Campbell is nice but not a good doctor, I saw her for years with no change in my medical condition! She will run test but nothing comes out of it! DO NOT GO HERE IT WILL BE A WASTE OF TIME!
