I see Dr. Crouse for uncontrolled seizures and I have been very happy with the progress that I have made. I am much better off now than I was eight years ago. The staff has always been polite and attentive. Mary Washington Hospital has also made improvements in technology over the last couple of years. You don't have to go to elsewhere to get testing done which is nice. It has not always been the case. I would like to thank everyone for a job well done.

I had a bad experience with this staff because they did not ask which was my medication insurance and sent me to buy medication at the wrong pharmacy. As a result I had to pay a good amount of money I would not have spent if it were through my pharmacy. Nurses are good - doctor is great and knowledgeable, but lately I have been trying to contact her to have some information about exams and it is being very difficult. Last time I called one staff member said, "can you hold please" twice and the second time I had to tell them I had been holding for 3 min already, and they finally asked me what they could help with. They said the doctor was going to call back and she hasn't yet. It has been three or four days already.

Dr. Crouse is very involved with my care. She does take a personal interest in my condition. If she does not have an aswer for a question, she is responsible enough to tell me so, and she then will research to find a solution. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is kind, caring and she herself calls me when I have problems. Her staff is also very helpful and always return my calls in a timely manner. I did not have this experience with previous doctors.
