She did not meet with me after the surgery so the CNA had given me instructions for care. The pin in my finger broke 2 weeks after her surgery. A splint would have prevented the breaking. When I rescheduled an appointment with her to possibly fix the pin, she adementally refused and was inappropriatly RUDE.
