Extremely RUDE STAFF ! Particularly April the receptionist! I called to look into meeting Dr.Sharma as my family of 4 is looking for a new doctor. She asked if I currently had a doctor after basically telling me there was no openings for 4 months with Sharma. She said they wouldn’t condone me “doctor shopping” and therefore wouldn’t take me and my family on!!! Maybe that was a good thing after seeing all these poor reviews!!

Dr Sharma has been my doctor for many years now. She is excellent I now drive to Fort Erie just to see her Well worth my drive. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She is also very friendly with me has been for years. Would highly recommend her for all your healthcare needs

Keeps hanging up the phone when I need recommendation documents for my specialist, because in Canada no specialist takes you without family doctor's recommendation. She delayed it on purpose because she wanted to refer to her circle of specialist only, when her recommended specialist has screwed me over. She is only after money. I will be complaining against her license at CPSO. Ridiculous behaviour.

The staff is very RUDE, especially the lady behind the desk answering the phone. If the appointment is needed she give to you some date just beyond the far future. It was an unpleasant experience to call her office.

Receptionist is TERRIBLY RUDE!
Doctor is just after your money - charging an extra $100 for other services - she is rich - what happened to trying to help people i.e., your hippocratic medical oath - also charges $1 per page for photocopying - my friend's doctor does not charge anything!!!

Dr. Sharma herself wasn't terrible, the staff leave something to be desired. However the office is disorganized, they "lost" two of the three tests results my husband had done, the one they had was sent to our specialist and it was not for the correct patient. Very frustrating. It is difficult to get an appointment and long wait times. Looking for a new family doctor.
