I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr.Kirzner for many years, he is beyond compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly cares about how you as a person, which is rare in a doctor ! He has gone above and beyond to make sure i am heard and my concerns are taken seriously!!

Dr Kirzner is the kind of family doctor that you just don't see much of anymore. He is extremely knowledgeable in every area of medicine. Nowadays, many many doctors only know about their specific sub speciality area, and many general doctors only know a little about everything. Not Dr Kirzner. He is the old school type of doctor who knows a lot about almost EVERY area in medicine. And he is up to date on the current in medicine. He is extremely kind and caring. His bedside manner is far far beyond average. (He is getting a little older now, and does not do private practice anymore, but when he was younger, his house was constantly filled with patients streaming in after hours and on weekends for "quick questions and advice". They were all greeted warmly and given as much time as they needed. I saw it first hand). He is very analytic and does not throw out off the cuff answers. He is HUMBLE and willing to listen. That is a quality that not every doctor has. He also is cautious- he does not jump right to more invasive and risky treatments unless they are absolutely needed. In short- Dr Kirzner is an amazing doctor!

My father was under the excellent and compassionate care of Dr. Kirzner at Baycrest hospital. My father got discharged in much better health than when he arrived, largely due to Dr. Kirzner's attention and expertise. Dr. Kirzner made himself available in a timely and caring manner to answer any questions our family had.

I have had the privilege of having Michael as my doctor for the past 3 years. He is one of the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had over the last 40 years. All doctor's should be more like him. Rob C. Scarborough.

I just can’t find the words to express how amazing this doctor is. Doctors who have your best interests at heart are incredibly difficult to find. I am so glad i was recommended to him. Not only did he change my life..... he saved my life

Dr.Kirzner is a patient and excellent doctor. The only thing that is a draw back is that he is almost always 30 to 70 minutes late and his secretary says that I can't show up late in case he's on time. This seems unfair and disrespectful of my time. Other than this big inconvenience he is very good and takes time to answer any questions I have - I guess that is why he is always late. SO now I make sure not to make any other plans when I go to see him.

My entire family has been with Dr. Kirzner for a long time. We are truly blessed to have a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor looking after us. He is such an asset to the medical profession and to the community at large. Dr. Kirzner is thorough, and treats you with the greatest amount of respect and kindness. He is a true doctor in every way and we could not imagine him doing anything else.
