We have been seeing Dr.Vick for just over a year now. He has treated my son and I like family. My son is a very quit boy and Dr.Vick has a way with him. My son has to have a lot of work done and all the staff there are so kind and patient with him it's wonderful. I feel like part of his family when there not just a patient. I highly recommend this office for all your ortho work;)

Very happy with the whole experience with Dr. Vick and his staff. My daughter is now on the last phase with her retainer, and we are so pleased with the results ! I just got my braces off this week after 23 months with Dr. Vick. What an amazing experience it was. I absolutely loved going there every time since they treated me so well. Like we knew each other for a long time. I used to have headaches all the time because of the alignment of the jaw. so I made an appointment to see if braces will work. It's amazing to be headache free and have an amazing smile to go with it. Thank you so much for everything. Now I can't stop smiling.

Dr. Cheba and his staff are top notch. Both my kids have braces so we spend a lot of time in his office and the staff go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and prepared. The incentives that are provided for the kids is a lot of fun for them and his office is very kid friendly so it is a pleasant experience everytime. The results are amazing and I totally recommend Dr. Cheba!

My daughter just got her braces off today and she looks amazing! The entire experience with Dr. Cheba and his staff was great, right from the first meeting to the treatment plan to the 2+ years we spent with them. Always friendly, always helpful in answering questions. The staff at the front were excellent about accommodating appointments. Dr.Cheba and the entire staff are amazing. My daughter needed braces to align her jaw and facial features as well as to help with future help concerns. The process and results have been phenomenal. If any one is looking for a good honest reliable clinic this is the one!!!!!

Dr. Cheba and his team are awesome! they're all very friendly, happy to assist and amazing with children. We've been going to him for almost a year for both my boys braces and have only ever had positive experiences. The office is set up comfortably, my boys are always relaxed before, during and after our visits, it's just a nice atmosphere. He's very friendly and genuinely cares about his patients, takes the time to explain things and answer questions. I highly recommend him :)

Dr. Cheba is a very cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful orthodontist who always explains things in a way I can understand. He is a promoter of oral health and is willing to supply a quality electric toothbrush for all new patients. The staff are very efficiant at what they do and friendly towards their patients. I would reccomend his practice to anyone who is thinking of getting braces.

Dr. Cheba's office was recommended for my sons braces. Costs, timing, and our sons apprehension because everyone says its so painful and uncomfortable, made us hesitant to attend the appointment. Once there Dr. Vic and his staff (Jill, Kara, Val, Jess, ginger, Trish, Kara and Ximena to name only a few) made us feel so much better and we left the office confident in doing the braces and not nearly as worried about pain and discomfort.
Now some time in to my sons treatment we go for our regular appointments and get a great Hello from everyone when we are there. The staff are so friendly, genuinely concerned and they get that with a twelve year old boy on summer vacation doesn't expect to get slammed in the face by his sister and lose three brackets. Things happen and even though we felt bad and neglectful as parents being in BC and not getting things fixed ASAP Dr. Vic and his staff had a laugh with us over how it all happened and on we went.
I have got to make mention of the office moral, this group of people celebrate and decorate for every special occasion and Halloween 2014 was amazingly funny. Christmas was cheerful every day even over the web watching them with the Chocolate Santa! Everyone is knowledgeable, patient, understanding and when they ask about the family they mean it sincerely. When I'm in the office waiting for my son, I hear laughter, children giving high fives and saying things like "no, not at all" or "nothing I can't handle for a day" when asked if anything pulls, pokes or is uncomfortable in any way.
I really can't say enough good things about Red Deer Orthodontics, I have recommended them and will continue to do so with shared pride in this awesome Red Deer business.
