STAY AWAY from this office. They can't fix what they did to my teeth because the dentist made some mistakes which made the initial problem worse. Over 2 years, I still have plastic crowns on all my top teeth and my bite is out of alignment so I now suffer with pain in my jaw and they don't want to fix it. I've been to the office in severe pain numerous times and they refused to do anything for me. Dentist told me I need 2 crowns for teeth that had a lot of decay, 1 already had a crown. Went to another dentist, found out I only needed a small filling and nothing was wrong with the crown he was going to remove and charge me over $2200 for both teeth. The fees are extremely high and the work is poor quality in my opinion. These dentists don't listen to anything you have to say as a patient. You have to do what they done in your mouth, you have no say and if you don't you're treated very rudely. If you want to keep your teeth go somewhere else.

It is important to know this practice will not do deep cleanings without a full set of xrays which are expensive. This was never told to be a REQUIREMENT to get a thorough cleaning. In addition, the patient was told on the phone and at time of appointment that full set of xrays could be declined without a problem. It was not a simple case of not wanting xrays.

The patient who left the above rating certainly doesnt understand the importance of x-rays. Dental practices dont sell them they need them for proper dignosis you wouldnt just trust your MD to tell you your arms broken you would want an x-ray right well it works for dentistry also. How can they tell if there are cavities between your teeth without them.

Doylestown Township Dental Associates is run like a business, they try to push expensive xrays in order for patient to get required cleanings, a general attitude, if you don't do what they want with your mouth, you are treated curtly, if you want caring dentistry and not slickness, this is not a practice to go to, find a dentist who cares more about you, then their practice's revenue.
