I made an appointment for dental implants. I first needed a bone graft before the implants. I went to his office and escorted to a room with big brown boxes, no sterilization, no draping over anything, the room looked like a supply closet with a dental chair. I asked the anestesilogist to NOT knock me out until I could talk to Dr Tanner about the cleanliness of the room. She continued to put me out. I fought so hard to stay awake that it took three times the normal amount to put me to sleep. I woke up furious! Two weeks out from surgery on a Saturday evening I started running a fever and my cheek swelled to the size of a base ball and the pressure on my gum was so bad that a hole formed inside my mouth and started oozing the bone graft into my mouth. I called the Doc on call, he told me to come in on Sunday and he would surgically remove the bone graft. He called me back on Sunday morning and said he had talked to Dr Tanner and I was to wait till Monday and see Dr Tanner. I did, and
