Extremely unhappy with rhinoplasty results. As stated by many others, he was abrupt, almost rude and rushed you through consultations or any concerns that were brought up. Since going through the revision rhinoplasty process with another doctor, I have learnt that Dr Taylor basically only worked on half of my nose. He refined and brought in the bottom (poorly) and completely left the top half untouched. My revision Doctor explained that rhinoplasty 101 and what they are taught is that when you are refining and bringing in the bottom, that the top must be fractured and brought in to match and align with the work below. Thanks Dr Taylor for working on half my nose and leaving me to pay for revision to complete the job you were supposed to do.

I had eye lids lift 2 years ago, the result is not good. Red eyes, pinched skin at the corners.
No I am not happy with it. I have no wish to go back to fix it. The staff and everyone there are very nice and helpful but not Happy with the outcome.

Very abrupt and quite rude. He made it obvious he wasn’t interested in my concerns. Have had a completely different experience with other medical professionals.

Underwent a rhinoplasty several years ago and received the same nose as four of my other friends who also went to Dr Taylor. He is rushed, a little bit rude and doesn’t give you much of an opportunity to ask questions. Gives a ‘one size fits all’ nose to his rhinoplasty patients. When I came back for my six week review and complained that there was still a large bump in my nose, he just laughed and said, yes, oh well.

As a young girl, I wish I’d looked around and done further research. Revision rhinoplasty had to be undertaken with another surgeon who said he had a lot of Dr Taylor’s patients come to him for revision surgery. Do not go to Dr Taylor.

I found my experience with the Caps Clinic and Dr. Taylor to be amazing. I felt fully supported and understood from my very first appointment through to my surgery. Dr. Taylor has a brilliant sense of humour and never once made me feel uncomfortable or like just a number. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to undergo breast augmentation. My case was a little more complex and may require some revision in 6 months, yet overall I am so happy with my experience. I can not fault his professionalism and attention to detail.

I underwent surgery in April, The nurses at the hospital were so kind and attentive and really helped in my recovery. Dr Taylor is an experienced surgeon, his bedside manner is straightforward and short but I felt I was in good hands. At 6 months I needed to undergo a procedure for scar revision and small dog ears. The quote was more than expected and I asked to speak with someone about the quote. I called and emailed numerous times and received absolutely no response and I have been technically ghosted by the Clinic for the past 6 weeks. My review and recommendation is that if you choose to undergo surgery here, talk about the possible issues and get clear details on what you have to pay for if you need a revision as any post surgical revision will not be included or discounted. I did have a good experience here initially however it’s been soured by the completed lack of communication and the high quoted cost of a revision and being left with a scar that needs revision and dog ears . I’ll be going to another surgeon for the revision and any future procedures.

I went for an initial consult where I was told I needed blepharoplasty and a brow lift. Dr Taylor was extremely short and spoke very quickly while tugging on my skin. When I asked if any of the surgery would be covered by Medicare, he laughed and said 'No'. The clinic then sent a quote for $12,000. I then looked around and found that Sydney has far more surgeons with much more experience and qualifications. I am booked in with the Swan Clinic in Gymea who have quoted me $5,500. As I have a GP Certificate, they explained I can claim part of the consult fee AND they sent a referral to an optometrist to conduct a visual field test- if my vision is impaired, I may be able to claim part of the surgery on Medicare and with my insurance company. Why couldn't Dr Taylor's clinic tell me that? Swan Clinic have been SO MUCH nicer, kinder and have explained things so that I can easily understand. I am so disappointed with Dr Taylor's service- I would never recommend him.

I don't think my surgery could have gone better. A great result for me and it's all down to the skills of Dr Taylor and his team. The results exceeded my expectations. All the staff are helpful and attentive.
