He is a very well educated sales man who's main income come from pharmaceutical companies, not his physician salary. Recommends drugs NOT based on what will work for you but who pads his pockets. Don't be fooled , his "nice guy" demeanor is a sham. I have seen him get nasty if you refuse the medication he's shilling for.

You are just a number for him, nothing more than a way to pad his pockets at your expense. Don't be fooled:

He doesn't work for you. He works for Biogen, Genzyme, Norvartis etc etc,

Just another patient. Left office with questions being answered. Felt pressured to choose a treatment plan
without answering basic questions

Dr. Boster is what all neurologists should be like. He is kind, compassionate, relaxed, thorough, knowledgeable, and truly puts you at ease. No one is happy to have to see a neurologist. Dr. Boster makes it less terrifying and a truly positive experience.

If you suffer from ANY neurological dissorder other than ms, look for another doctor. His wheelhouse is ms and "pain pumps" and it eventually shows even though he may arrogantly try to convince you otherwise. Was usually ready to get out of the appointment faster than i was. I finally had enough and found another doctor that actually specializes in spinal chord injuries instead of trying to treat it like its something that its not

When I was diagnosed with MS by a local neurologist in Jan. 2011 I knew that I wanted a MS specialist to manage my care. I live in Canton, and I knew Cleveland had a MS center but for some reason I was pulled toward the OSU MS Center. It was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Boster is awesome!!!! Very informative, very caring, and very concerned with his patients well being beyond MS. He allowed me to have a say in my care and the meds that I took. He respected my thoughts and feelings about fighting the disease. As long as I reside in Ohio he will remain my MS. Dr. I recommend anyone who has been diagnosed or might show signs of MS to connect with the OSU MS Center.
