Dr. Andrew Brown was the best Doctor I ever went to in my life !!!

Worst staff demeanor I have ever encountered. Unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to meet the doctor (which has great reviews)but the initial encounter with the receptionist "Janet" which was chewing gum like a teenager in an 80's movie (unprofessional)was so rude. I had no interest in taking the chance on an office where there is no capacity for professionalism and treating patients with equality. It says a great deal when this person represents your practice(questionable quality of care & ethics)There was a very clear prejudice disposition from Janet so much that a patient approached me & asked me why I did not stoop to her level. I called manager Kathy and instead of sympathizing or at least lying & saying the issue will be rectified she stated "Is there anything I can do for you? I can tell you right now that there is no prejudice activity in our office", I responded "Mam you were not there & this should be addressed". DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE unless you enjoy poor service.

Saw Dr. Andrew on emergency basis today for first time. Charming, and yes patient with reassuring explanation of the condition I was there for. Have already recommended him to a friend.

Dr. Brown is very patient, explains everything in detail, he has always made me and my family feel very comfortable. We have been seeing him for years. I recommend him, and his office to anyone I hear that is looking for an ophthalmologist.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic the doctors at Brown Eye Care are. It is a father and 3 sons. My whole family goes and each has a different doctor and we all swear ours is the best. They are kind, knowledgable and really thorough! My mom drives from Florida just to see Dr. Chris!
