This MRO needs to be investigated. There is something off about him. I hope they do beause what he does is not right, I failed a pre emploment DOT drug test when I know I should have passed. 1st I didn't do any drugs second I took my own drug test that morning because with everything that is happening nowadays I do not trust our system. BTW the one I took that morning came out negative. They said they had the other sample tested and that came out positive which makes no sense to me. How can it come out positive when I didn't do any and I did my own that morning and had a negative result? How do you know I didn't maybe haven't contact with someone. for example: lets say a child comes up positive and the parent uses but didnt have it around the child but still they end up positive. They must of had some kind of contact right? The parent usually loses custody. And the only explanation is they had contact some how. So why is it when someone tests positive even though they know they didnt do anything why are they only beleiving what science says when there may be other causes we don't know what could of caused a true false positive. The system is not fair and its flawed, I hope they investigate Kracht because Kracht is a QUAKE!

Dr. Kracht does not run a true laboratory or honest business. The staff are rude and not helpful. The dr. is difficult to get a hold of and does not understand the pharmacological properties of many prescription medications. He is falsely distributing information to paying providers that are requesting a drug screen. This man is either not able to understand to properties of the substances or is making up results to fund his business.

All tho my test results did infact come back positive for methadone, I am infact perscribed that by a professional provider. So in regardes to the accuracy of his tests, Im not sure why he was giving out these false positives because I wasnt apart of any of those processes. But mine on the other hand was 100% accurate. But I will say this, his staff is rude, they pretty much dissrespected the RN at the facility I am affiliated with. So in that regard Im not impressed but drug test results were accurate, that I will end with!

After speaking with Dr. Kracht regarding a pre-employment drug screen he had informed me that I had tested positive for marijuana. Additionally, he then proceeded to ask me if I was using Dronabinol (also known as Marinol) because that also tested positive in my screening. Immediately I knew my results were incorrect. Having worked as both a paramedic and ER tech in a major city throughout ER's and ICU's for 11 years, and 3 years on an oncology unit in a hospital I had assured Dr. Kracht that I knew what this drug is, and also what it is prescribed for. Additionally, I have never in my life used it, and also don't use marijuana. I did however question where their test came back positive for a palliative care prescription drug in the first place. And, almost instantly Dr. Kracht became angry with me over the phone shouting "so, you question if I know what I'm talking about, and the accuracy of the test? Well, you're more than welcome to retake the test at $150.00, and in the meantime I will send over the results to the company requesting them." Rather than go on and on I politely ended the conversation. Having somewhat of a prior background in the medical field at no time did I feel comfortable with Dr. Kracht as a physician. And, I will be contacting the AMA and filing a complaint as well. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST DEALING WITH THIS PHYSICIAN IF POSSIBLE! Dr. Stephen J. Kracht is anything but ethical or professional. His ratings also speak for themselves...

Is Escreen, Dr.Stephen Kracht's office certified by SAMHSA or approved by CAP? Georgia state laws for workplace drug testing applied by the Georgia Voluntary Drug Free Workplace
Act (outside of DOT regulated drug testing) require employees to use laboratorys, MROs that are certified by SAMHSA or approved by CAP. I don't think he is.

It will be known, the major company that I work for, sends out thousands of clients for drug screening. When they see the ratings and comments, I'm sure they will reconsider. Looking forward to the results. God Bless! Dr. Stephen J Kracht

Fails everyone, regardless of other testing that has come up negative. Shouldn't even practice medicine and should be investigated. Clearly in the pocket of big pharma.
