Do not recommend this doctor for a family GP, you’re better off going to the walk in clinic, all she cares about is the money aspect, rushes you out the door .. doesn’t listen and she is a pill pusher

I had to cancel an appt due to my father in law having a heart attack and going into for bypass surgery in Hamilton and they do not have an answering machine so I had to call the morning of my appt and Dr Sadek was the one who picked up the phone and she was rude and said I was being charged and hung up on the phone on me, I was so disgusted by that I just let it go. Then I called months later to set up an appt to get some blood work, the receptionist said I have a charge on my acct but I explained I couldn’t make it we were heading to Hamilton and you don’t have an answering machine so I couldn’t cancel Over the weekend, it was a monday appt! The receptionist said she would speak with the doctor and she never called back so again a couple weeks went by and I called again, again she said she would talk to the doctor and call back, it’s now been another month with no call back. This is the doctor you don’t want to have, she is not welcoming or caring and the clinic runs very poorly.

Been suffering with an ear, nose and throat issue for months. Told me it would go away on its own and the usual BS of hot tea and advil. Went back and forced her to send me to a specialist and to give me antibiotics to see if it would help. Also had to argue and insist she send my son to a specialist to diagnose him with juvenile epilepsy!

Whenever I need to come in the one receptionist who we all know is rude, doesn't ever want to book an appointment and if I do get in my doc tells me to rest and drink ginger and honey tea. I find she doesn't want to give prescriptions for anything.

This dr knows nothing about mental health issues. Is the most extremely rudest dr I have ever come across. And will be happy to take my Ohip business elsewhere. She does not deserve to practice.

Dr Sadek is a wonderful doctor and always takes the time to listen and ask questions. My entire family sees her. You never wait longer then 10 mins to see her. Really like that she sends prescriptions online to pharmacy. Whenever we have a issue she refers us right away to another dr.

It’s sad. Dr. Sedak used to pay more attention in my option. Now she can do a total physical including a PAP exam and address all your concerns in less than 10 minutes! And they wonder why we Google to get information..... I have been going to her for years and I don’t expect her to remember my details but I do expect her to glance over my history/file. ... I’m sure she has a lot on her mind. We all do!

Dr hannah basically when i went in with my son to remove his stitches doctor told me he hasn't been there for two years and last time he went was when i took him today she pretended like she didnt know me and ask me questions that is none of her business and straight lied and said the child has been there many times by other parent .i havea good mind of suing her. doctors that lie because they get paid too Disgusting

I am a patient of Dr.Sadek as well as my mom is to, I personally have had no issues and think she’s great! My mom was very sick had just undergone lung cancer and had part of her lung removed, shortly after surgery when she came home development an infection ( not involving lung operation) she was very sick and unable to leave her home, I spoke with dr. Sadek on the phone and without hesitation she packed her dr. ‘s bag and drive to my moms house for s house call!! She came in assessed her did a urine test, checked her all over, how many doctors do that? I was impressed and relieved! Thank you doctor Sadek we will never forget that!!

Went to her with a sprained ankle. that I dn't know it was sprained at the time but when she "examined measked when I could get running again. She told me the next day as long as I took Advil. Feeling not too bad on my ankle, not knowing it was sprained, I went for a run the next morning. It took an extra three months to heal!
