Had Dr.J Ghislain for family doctor because of my mom and dad he accepted me has a patient since I was their driver. Lots of patients and really funny made Mme feel like a million dollars. Now I am with Dr. Eric Bilodeau because he is the new family Dr. At the Omni Clinic.

Another patient could not have said it better . . To qupte . . We are lucky in Alexandria to have Dr. Marleau. He is caring, careful, thorough and looks after his patients. I have been with him for more than thirty years and would not want another doctor.

Excellent doctor . Knowledgeable with great bed side manors. His medical secretary is also great. They compliment each other very well, and are a fantastic team.

His secretary was ALWAYS SOO rude, whether it be in person or over the phone; he never listened to you when you said you had a problem, only heard what he wanted to; and he prescribes you the most expensive meds knowing you had no coverage. Thank god he retired. 10/10 do not recommend.

excellent service... sans être obligee daller voir dr marleau sa secretaire Louise me conseil toujours pour mes enfants et moi... je la surnomme ma deuxieme maman... ca fait 20 ans que je vais a ce bureau et aucun regret...cest toujours plaisant de rentrer dans cette office et que tout le monde vous dis bonjour... a chaque fois que nous telephonons au bureau jamais je me sens ce mme si je la derange et japprecie beaucoup ses excellent conseils.

Great Dr. Tho I find that his main secretary likes to give info over the phone that can worry or scare patients, then you have to wait to see him and he tells you that it's not that big of a concern. She is not a Dr. And should therefor not talk about things that are up to the Dr to discuss with his patients. Also she is very loud in asking specifics about future appointments while there are many patients sitting in the waiting room. Our personal problems should be confidential not shouted out for the world to hear.

Un docteur près de ses patients , toujours près à aider et très sensible à nos besoin. Il est direct, honnête et franc. Il a de la compassion et prend le temps de nous écouter . Bien que j'ai déménagé plus loin, je continue d'aller le voir car il est unique et grâce à lui je me porte en meilleure santé. Mes enfants l'aiment aussi beaucoup et il est très patient avec eux . Il est médecin parce qu'il aime les gens et veut les aider .
