She is the most pretentious and arrogant person I have ever met! While exchanging numerous emails i made the mistake of calling her Tanya (which, pardon me, I thought was her name) and her only response was "please call me Dr. Stephens". Are you kidding me? You work for me! ...and help with my condition would be helpful.
