Ever since my first visit with Dr. Sara, who introduced himself with "Hi, I'm Bill Sara" I felt comfortable with him. His mastery of epidural medicine has made a huge change in my life. He explains everything he's doing in detail and has it down so I feel NO pain during the procedure. He's the best. I consider him a friend now.

I've had Dr. Sara as my doctor for 20 years. He always explains everything; gives options; is very nice and polite; is very genuinely concerned and always makes me smile through my very serious problems. He does tend to talk too much sometimes and get behind but he also stays late and gets to everyone. His staff are wonderful, though I have had to check on some of them to follow through with sending papers.

Rating is very bad with my family. First he left my mother for dead on the table after giving her morphine when if he would have read her health papers he would have known she was allergic to it then the next time he overlooked my condition and sent me home while I was having a heart attack. At the time I knew there was something wrong but he didn't listen to me and three months later I had to have open heart surgery to save my life something that could have been acknowledged earlier and never got the point it did!!

When my husband was having major problems with back pain, Dr. Hurdle, from Lethbridge, arranged for him to go see Dr. Sara. He had already seen doctor in Lethbridge that was not very professional. Dr. Sara was on-call for ER the night we drove to CNP. He came right in and spoke to my husband, then attended an ER patient that was in need of ER care. He came back and explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to proceed. This had never occurred in Lethbridge. The next day his office staff called our home to see if he was having any problems. When we thought my husband would have to go back for a second pain injection, Dr. Sara had to cancel all his appointments, but his office kept in touch with us throughout Dr. Sara's LOA. My husband has yet to go back, but nor has he needed sny further injections either. We wouldn't hesitate to drive the distance again if necessary.
