He used to be my doctor and i missed him when he left his patients behind. Very good doctor, intelligent and carrying doctor.

I LOVE him!! He's so friendly and answers any and all questions. He is really good at putting my mind at ease when I have worries. His staff on the other hand...a serious nightmare. Almost everyone that works in that office is rude and drags everything down a bit. The ladies that answer the phone sound downright miserable. But he's an amazing Doctor.

Dr. Bala is my favorite physician EVER! I wish he could be my family doctor. He is intelligent, kind, caring and takes his time, making sure he answers every question he is asked.

Staff is rude. Nurse Pam is a downright idiot and has bad bad breath.

I had Dr Peter Bala when he practiced in Ottawa at the riverside hospital, I had three kids delivered by him and my two nephews were both delivered from him and our friends two kids. He is the best and i had never had any problems with him. He was so personable and caring for his patients. Answered each and every one of your questions you ever had. explained each and every procedure and test. I would recommend him too anyone. His staff he had working with him here in Ottawa were great.

I love Dr. Bala, he was the only OB in the area who would allow me to deliver naturally after a C-section. He has great bedside manner and is a great physician.

His staff is rude and unhelpful. He himself is so sweet and very caring, but since you see his staff more often, the whole experience is unpleasent.
