This doctor was the rudest man I'd ever met. I'm sure he must have had a long history of complaints regarding his rudeness.

Seen him 3 times now, all visits were very discouraging. Lack of empathy and just gave me the feeling that he didn't care. I would not recommend this Neurologist to anyone. Receptionist on the other hand was polite and did well.

A kind doctor who seemed very thorough and after 2 visits explained his findings in a very understandable manner. He is sending his conclusion to my doctor and recommending a couple of further tests. I just can't see the negative stuff written about him. I also ended up late for my appointment, causing the second appointment, and he took it in stride. Would I recommend him? Absolutely!

Dr Daley was to the point and wrote a thorough report to my family Dr. He was not the monster other patients rated.

I was referred to Dr.Daly for a nerve conduction test regarding potential carpal tunnel syndrome. The woman on the phone did not tell me to check in anywhere, just to take two right turns and wait. Not being familiar with hospitals I didn’t realize I needed to register myself. After waiting 45 minutes he asked from the other end of the hallway if we had been helped. After slight rudeness about him having to wait we went to his office. There he proceeded to ask questions and inspect my hands. He asked many confusing question and was very condescending. It was like I was wrong but he kept
Telling me I was the only one who knew how it felt. The more I tried explained the more rude he got. He was just hammering me with questions and no answer was good enough. He did the testing. Afterwards he said nothing is wrong with me. That I needed to toughen up and maybe go to the gym. So many rude comments about me not finishing university or only attending to play sports were so unneeded and unprofessional. I am grateful I brought somebody with me to have a witness to his behaviour, because nobody would believe the way he spoke to me. I would not recommend this dr and I will be requesting to see a different one. I will also be filing a formal complaint with northern health.

I hate this Doctor. He diagnosed me with multiple issues but then when I tried to talk to him about them, he acted like I made them up. I can't get ahold of him to send the rest of my medical files so I can see a real professional about my issues. He is the worst neurologist you will ever meet. If you have to see this man, run...run away and never return.

I left a truthful rating based on my negative experience from July of 2011. I have recently been referred for an EMG with the newest neurologist, Dr. Alhalabi (still awaiting appointment). I am very hopeful he will be nothing like Daly, a nasty, bitter and spitefull person. Please tell me he has retired.

I saw Dr Daly for a nerve conduction test - I have a neck injury and problems with my hands and he tested me for Carpal Tunnel. I brought him a diagram for pain/tingling/numbness and a list of the injuries to my neck, which he did not want to review. He instead wanted to ask me questions in reverse chronological order and repeatedly became confused. When he was looking at my neck mobility, I explained I have limitations looking to the left and down, and he pushed on the back of my head, which injured my neck further. He assessed I did not have carpal tunnel (which I already knew), but told me there was nothing wrong with my neck - which he didn't do a nerve test on. Fractures at the base of the neck interrupt nerve function in the arms and hands.... a fact he was apparently unaware of and couldn't grasp. His bedside manner is poor (which I knew going in), but he is jaded and bitter towards patients and attempts to disprove anything you are saying in terms of your symptoms. He gets confused easily when you provide him details and then questions your memory as if you're the one confusing facts. There are many knowledgeable, older doctors out there.... but he is not one of them. His continued presence with Northern Health impedes a better Neurologist from helping people of the North.

I have been going to Dr. DALY for years for chronic migraine. Botox works for me and he explained in detail what he was doing and why. I am not sure why so many people are having adverse visits. We chat about all kinds of non medical subjects as well. I appreciate the time and kindness that I have received.
