The staff are extremely rude and uncaring. They treat patients like ignorant cattle, with no respect. The average waiting time for an appointment has been 1 1/2 hours due to over-scheduling with too many patients at once. In one case, I was scheduled to see Dr Lee at 8 o'clock. I thought it was in the morning, but when I arrived the office was closed. After waiting 1 hour in the corridor, staff finally arrived and told me my appointment was 8 pm! They never told me it was in the evening, who would have assumed at such a late hour?

The office staff members are extremely rude and are not sympathetic to patients with health problems. Do not expect them to be very helpful. Had to pretty much do their jobs for them in calling the insurance companies and filling out forms they are supposed to fill out or else it won't be done. Dr. Lee is very nice but has been less detailed and attentive lately.

Painful staff to deal with. Show up with a book because you could be waiting a few hours before being seen.

Office staff is a big problem. They yell at you (seriously) and aren't helpful at al, i think their main goal is to keep people from seeing the dr. Office is messy & antiquated. Dr lee is knowledgable & vey nice. If you don't HAVE to have someone who speaks Chinese, avoid. If you need to see the other guy in his office in the event dr lee is out, I'd say don't do it. I'm not sure he should be practicing medicine.

he diagnosed my mother and brother with hepatitis B and did not educate them what it is and did not inform me about it to get tested. I found out the hard way when I had to get tested for my health career and was not allow to pursue my career in the health industry since I was also Hepatitis B positive. His secretaries are mean and yells at me everytime I ask for a referral to see my Gastroenterology due to my hepatitis B status. Horrible dr. My friend used to work for him, and witnessed him treating his patients in unsanitary conditions

I went to see Dr Lee at a friend's recommendation. He was very helpful and was able to diagnose my H-flu right away, unlike my previous physician. He's very knowledgeable and friendly- I referred the rest of my family because Dr Lee is bilingual and speaks both English & Cantonese/Toysanese fluently.

On a routine GYN visit, I was tested positive for Hepatitis B. My family doctor had given me Hep B shots in the past and had also diagnosed my mother with Hep B but never informed any of us including my mother. When I told him of my diagnosis, he said I probably got infected from my own indiscretion without even looking into my mother's history. I stopped seeing him from then on. He is negligent and ignorant.
