Jodi was one of my favorite dentists. Had to switch doctors after she moved away.

She seemed quite lovely. Talked to me throughout the procedure, made the occasional joke or reassuring comment, and made it as enjoyable as possible. The staff was also extremely friendly and engaging.

This dentist experience was painful and unnecessarily rough. If you have sensitive teeth I recommend that you do not see Dr. Monaghan. She was more focused on the conversation she was having with other staff than my comfort. I will not be returning to her.

Doctor Jodi Monaghan was an amazing dentist, she made me feel comfortable during my whole appointment. she explained to me what I needed to improve on oral hygiene wise and I've seen the results sense then. I noticed other reviews on her and the fees people are complaining about are not her fault. she works for a company and they set the prices for consults and X-rays, not her so dont believe what you see. I will continue to go back because when you walk through the door you feel welcome and safe. love her outfits too!

I am surprised Dr Monaghan is still practicing. My insurance covers me for 2 cleanings per year - he staff booked me for three. I asked them not to, they apologized , then did it again. I ended up needing a root canal . It failed. I had another one done, at my expense in Vancouver. I needed her to be a guarantor for my passport application - she refused. Said she was too busy. Too busy to mark a signature? The truth was she could not charge a fee so would not waste her time. This is when I dropped her.

This woman pretty much tortured my young daughter, and told me that her enamel was problemaric;that something had gone wrong during gestation. A year later we wenter elsewhere and there's never been any mention of anything like that. In fact we get nothing but positive remarks. I did ask a few times but now I realize that she was setting us up for some ongoing billing... and she was impatient and mean at the same time.

Dr. Jodi Monaghan is the best dentist I've ever gone to. She is knowledgeable, constructive, and such a good time! She gets me laughing the whole time and I always leave feeling great about my experience and confident about my smile. Definitely recommend her to any of my friends and family members, she's the absolute BEST!

The lady from the reception is the most unfriendly person I ever met :( Other than that, Dr. Monaghan is very friendly and knowledgeable!
