He closed his practice. Apparently, he surrendered his license and moved out of the country.

I also went to Dr. Otellin and had made great progress then one visit after 5 years plus he did a urine drug screen and said that I was Positive for Marijuana! I Never touch that and he said do you want to see the test results and of course I said YES. He came back and said it was fine now. Unable to provide evidence! I Knew it wasn't true. I vwas crying and not able to understand why he was acting the way he was. Couple days later I received a discharge letter. It is Extremely Dangerous to be treated that way. I thought he was there for me and to this day I still don't understand his behavior or the discharge letter. Something is very very wrong with him. Very dangerous for the patient as well. After 3 + year on a very hi dosage of several medications, I went to what I thought was my 30 day monthly visit, and was on time as usual, just to be reach a discharge paper with no explanation of why I was cut off a program that was changing my life around in a positive way. If anyone who practices in medicine knows that it's dangerous and deadly to completely cut a patient off cold turkey, now that said do you think He actually care for his patients? No !my opinion is that he is taking advantage of our drug prone area here in southern wv,and sees dollar sign's instead of a patient who is suffering from a serious illness /disease.
