Very nice lady, but overstretched in terms of caseload. Initially appears to care a great deal (and perhaps, truly does), but actions do not align with words. NOT accessible outside of scheduled appt., NOT responsive to patients with needs extending outside of the office. "On the money" when it comes to diagnosis (at least in my experience as both a patient, and immediate family member of multiple other patients). However, treatment prescription and followup were only discussed when brought up by the patient (if at all). Has the intelligence, insight and compassion to be great, but falls short in effort.
