Fantastic provider who truly cares for her patients. Has an amazing staff who take the time to explain things like insurance, so that no one is surprised by what their insurance may not cover. I have never had an office take so much time and care to make sure we truly understand what will happen before, during and after an appointment. I can't ask of any better.

Couldn't ask for anyone better. She is kind, considerate and really relates to kids. She is also an expert on PANS/PANDAS and we are extremely confident in her expertise.

Dr Hale is a very kind and considerate doctor. Of all the psychiatrists we've seen she has taken the most time to actually listen and help our son. She is very good at what she does and I feel very comfortable with her.

Amazing provider who takes the time to get to know her familes and provide services that are in the best interest of the patient. We are blessed that she is part of our families treatment team and couldn't ask for anyone better!

Dr. hale does not prescribe the medication the patient needs she prescribes the meds according to the what the care giver want even when the care giver will repeatdly increase and decrease the doseage and Dr. hale does not offer her opinion even if it is in the best interest of the child. She takes and is filling her calendar with all children referred to her by Child protective services. Her office is a revolving door.

Horrible billing department. Unwilling to work with patients who do not have insurance they accept. Very rude staff. Find another clinic that cares about their clients.

Dr. Barbara L. Hale-Richlen's response
We work very closely with anyone who calls our office regarding billing. While we are out of network for all commercial insurance companies, we do accept all commercial insurance and will bill your insurance company as a courtesy. It is our concern and care for new patients/parents that they are completely knowledgeable of their insurance companies possible limitations and any out of pocket costs they may incur, as to not burden them with fees they may not expect.

This dr writes notes that aren't true. She doesn't verify her information. Dr hale puts diagnosis in my child's report and she wasn't even diagnosed with. When asked to respond to my inquiry she related and wrote a back letter about me as a parent.
