Communication was completely lacking. Promises to contact me never occurred. Staff unable to even make an appointment, then blamed me when I showed up.
This "doctor" simply books colonoscopies because in my opinion (as a retired nurse), that is where the money is. My colonoscopy was totally unnecessary. The situation fixed itself by the time this professional bothered himself to get back to me. $1500 out of pocket - for what?

Dr. Mogollon was very attentive during my office visit and made me feel at ease. He is very competent. The issue is his choice in a secretary. I have never encountered someone so rude, condescending and LOUD in my life. I called to get some test results and was "schooled" by her as to when its appropriate to call for results. She would " pass my message along, but there was nothing else she could do." What?? This is your hired help? Please rethink your choice in assistants. This girl should not be working with the public. Luckily, my husband sees another physician in your group and I spoke with his secretary and she called me back within an hour with my results.
