Regular prescription refill using the Maple app. He didn't ask any questions, and it was super simple, it was asthma med refill so it was an uncomplicated consultation and refill.

Excellent physician. So glad to have Dr Cusack as my family doctor. With so many thousands without it’s great to have someone to go over my problems with. I hope he doesn’t retire like a lot of his colleagues have. Very blessed to have him. Always in a good mood and goes the extra mile to answer my questions and get to the bottom of things.

I connected with Dr. Cusack on the Maple app and was very impressed with how quick and easy it was. I just needed a prescription and my consultation was over in less than 10 minutes. He was friendly and provided information on the prescription, and told me how to proceed with picking it up at the pharmacy. For those times when you don't need to see a doctor in person this is certainly a good alternative.

A+++, took 35 minutes to review my bloodwork in detail and answer all my questions. Always jovial and has a great sense of humour. My advice to anyone unhappy with things is to leave his practice . Lots of my friends and relatives would love to have him as their doc and I’m sure he would would be more than happy if you left.

Dr Cusack is/was my family Dr for years...His office has been closed since summer 2022 supposedly because he can't find a receptionist. I don't think it can be that difficult to find staffing so there must be another excuse. Dr Cusack be honest and let people know what's really going on. I'm disgusted with our Health system mostly because patients are been used as puppets and NOBODY is doing anything about it.

I interacted with Dr Cusack via the Maple app and text. He was prompt, polite and efficient . I literally spent 5 mins online with him and had a prescription faxed to the pharmacy of my choice. I was relieved and thrilled to not have to spend hours sitting in the ER to deal with something I knew required antibiotic’s. Thank you Dr Cusack!

I was very lucky to have been connected with Dr Cusack through Maple. No staff required. I was looking at having to go to Emerge and wait several hours, maybe overnight, or wait to see my GP which would be in two weeks time. Walkins here now are by appointment only and a two week waiting period. I am really not well to do either of those options. He prescribed the medication I needed. He seemed very pleasant through the texting. Please God, the medication will start working soon. So happy to have gotten Dr Cusack. And by these reviews, wish I had him for my family doctor.

Seems like he is doing a lot on the Maple App, but not with his own clients. Waiting for blood test results since July. Got my own medical records and my blood work is off. Unable to book an appointment with him (he’s my family doctor) because he doesn’t have a medical secretary. Guess I’ll have to go to a walk in clinic to get my blood work figured out because it’s not like I can use the Maple App to speak to him without having to pay. Such a broken system.

Great doctor, was very helpful. Not a huge fan of how the online booking works but not really thier fault as the medical system is being overloaded.
