Dr. Macdonald has been my family doctor for about 10 years. He has great bedside manor and takes the time to ask about my family and remembers important things in my life. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to listen to what your problem is. They've done a great job with his new office as well. Overall, great Doctor!

This family doctor is often thanked by families of deceased patients in the obitutaries. I'm not sure if this is the right doctor who has deceased patients every week in the local paper - not one that I would like to have as a family doctor!

Because it takes 4 to 6 weeks to see Dr. MacDonald, he expects his patients to use other healthcare alternatives such as a walk-in clinic, emergency, etc. Doctors in these clinical settings will prescribe medication with the expectation a follow-up appointment can be booked in about two weeks with Dr. MacDonald. After this 'game' is played out and booking a follow-up appointment 4 - 6 weeks away, the patient is already diagnosed, recovered, and may have had a referral to a specialist who has provided further medical care that is all completed before the follow-up appointment. His peers do all the grunt work and by the time the follow-up appointment arrives, the patient provides an update. For the past year, Urgent Care and self-referrals to specialist are my 'family doctor.' Dr. MacDonald maybe knowledgeable but he does not seem to acknowledge that he is the missing link in providing consistent healthcare to his patients.

I feel blessed to have Dr. MacDonald as my family doctor. He is kind, friendly and very knowledgable. My son has a serious condition and they always find room for us if we need an appointment. The after hours clinic doctors have been very helpful to us as well!

Watch watcher, guess time is more important than patient. He didn't know my health problem but did consult with other doctor thank goodness.I told him of one problem I was having and his response was there is nothing wrong with you.Obvious he wasn't listening. Why the hell would I be there?!

I feel very blessed to have Dr. MacDonald as my family doctor. He is great with my 3 sons, and makes my husband and I feel very comfortable. He seems very genuine and is a kind, caring person. I find that if Dr. MacDonald does not know the answer he will refer you to someone with more knowledge. Unfortunately, I do believe that he(and a lot of other doctors) are getting too busy and it is very hard to get in to see him unless it is a regular scheduled appointment. Often I find that I have to go to the after hours clinic with my kids when they are sick as he is unable to take clients for several days. My children could be worse, or perhaps over their illness by then. I would like to see him leave one or two appointments everyday for those people who have a sudden sickness(especially children) and need to get in right away...especially for respitory problems/illnesses.

I count myself blessed to have a doctor like Timothy MacDonald. He is however becoming harder to get in to see. He is attentive and knowledgeable. He is not afraid to consult with his more experienced peers. He makes you feel comfortable and is excellent with my 4 sons. He is patient and always has a smile on his face. I like how he interacts with my boys, including them in their appointments. He is very thorough and willing to make specialist referrals if needed. Thanks, Kimberly Lenting

Dr MacDonald is a very attentive and knowledgeable young man.Only complaint I have is getting in to see him, you pretty well have to schedule your illness a mth in advanced to get an appointment.I have a considerable long drive and have to take time off work, which is not his fault. They have a walk in clinic it would be so much easier if I could just see him then and get my business over with to leave room for more patients who need those bookings a mth in advance
