Doctor is ok, but her assistance is rude, thinks she is the doctor.

Whether it is in person or telephone, assistant is really rude and she thinks she is the doctor at some point. Every thing has to go thru her thats why I can never get a proper appointment with the doctor! They cayer to their own kind first. They make u wait for a long time! Unprofessional. Unreliable. So much regret dealihg with them. Because I need my lab test results, i have to deal with IT

Extremely racist receptionist, she threw racial slurs at my cousn. On top of that, my mother kept coming to her saying she's not feeling well and the doctor said that she IS FINE FOR YEARS!! and then it turned out my mother had CANCER! because it was not treated earlier she has to have her uterus removed by surgery. She kept telling my mother that she has nothing going on with her and she's imagining things her and the receptionist both said that she has a ''disorder'' that makes her believe she has health issues and kept giving nasty attitudes. To me English is easier and since the receptionist speaks both Hungarian and English I chose to talk to her in English and she raised her voice at me saying ''Don't pretend like you don't speak English well'' She meant this as I'm showing off or pretending to be better than them which is a Hungarian thing sadly. There are many many more terrible stories I can tell but I'd be typing for hours DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!

This Doctor is amazing. She will order as many tests as needed to try and figure out the problem BUT... The fact that you cannot see her on same day as you're sick or have an immediate issue.. is A HUGE issue. I have had to go to emerg a couple times because she couldn't see me and walk in clinics don't seem to really care much. Would be ideal if maybe she had appointments for half the day and walk in for the other. I need my family Doctor to be able to see me when I clearly have a throat infection or ear infection.

I would not trust this doctor. This doctor will make you do useless tests and don't care what you have to say.

Great Doctor but I hate that I have to go to a walk in if I'm really sick because they cant give same day appointments. She says they'll squeeze you in but they have never been able to.

Even with an appointment you will be waiting for at least an hour and a half. A walk in clinic would treat you faster than this family doctor.
Save your time and go to someone else.
