Normally it is difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Starr. When I had an emergency he fit me in when I needed him most. He always goes above and beyond, but also a laid back easy to talk to doctor. Dr. Starr is one of the smartest doctors I've ever known. Beyond smart, he seems to have a good intuition about his patients needs.

I have seen most of the doctors in Northland Cardiology and while they are all competent, Dr. Starr goes above and beyond. He is very personable, intelligent and truly cares about giving quality care. He has a good sense of humor and is very down to earth. He doesn't get annoyed when you ask lots of questions. I am so glad he is my doctor.
