Dr. Reichstein has been integral to my mental wellbeing for almost two decades. I first saw her when I was a young mother wrestling with anxiety and the stress of a newborn. Dr. Reichstein was kind and empathetic and readily available, even on the occasional Sunday morning when I needed someone to turn to. She has helped me to navigate the pressures and fears that have come with parenting and life and has truly helped me be the mom and wife I wanted to be. Now that my eldest is about to graduate college I am able to look back and say with immense gratitude that her guidance has helped us get to this point of success and celebration. If you are looking for a top-notch doctor who can help on every level I highly recommend Dr. Reichstein.

Dr. Reichstein has always been there for me over the 10 plus years of my association with her. Through her assistance and professional guidance I am in a much better place today. I read some of the adverse comments below. In my professional career there have been times that I did not always make the right decision or provide the correct guidance. That said, I can say in my 30 year career I made the best decisions I could based on my education and longevity. No person or MD is correct 100% of the time.

Dr. Reichstein kept me on 80 mg of Prozac every morning desspite my protestations that I was extremely extremely anxious. She said it was my anxiety and not due to the medicine. Like a fool I believed her. Eventually, I went to another psychiatrist at a hospital clinic and saw a psychiatrist there. He was appalled that I was taking 80 mg of Prozac first thing in the mortning for anxiety. He weaned me off the Prozac and prescribed Effexor XR, which worked like a charm. Saty away from this woman.

You will not find a better, more competent psychiatrist than Dr. Reichstein. She possesses that rarest of abilities in a therapist, where she not only listens intently, but also offers stellar advice and reassurance. Her competence is apparent from the moment you walk in the door, and she never wavers from that position of calm authority that convinces you everything will be ok eventually, even if it doesn't feel like it at the moment. I would absolutely refer anyone to her without reservation.

Dr. Reichstein was the best doctor I have ever seen. Her insight is unbelievable. Her ability to choose the correct medication is superb. She continues to help me see my personal conflicts and helps me resolve them. Anyone thinking of seeing her will not be disappointed.

For reasons only known to her, Dr. Reichstein misled my wife by minimizing her cognitive deficiencies as normal, minor, and age related memory loss. This progressed for almost a year, during which my wife's symptoms became worse and worse, without any attempt by the Doctor of further analysis, such as a brain scan, for example. She finally discontinued supporting Dr. Reichstein at the urging of our primary physician as well as myself, her husband. She is now using medication to try and arrest the worsening of her condition. We have lost a full year of treatment which could have been helpful.

Dr.Reichstein is one of the most kind, compassionate, patient and caring doctors I have ever met. She makes you comfortable and at ease from the moment you speak to her about your first appointment. She is real and unusual in her commitment to her patients and frankness in her discussions. She is trained in psychoanalysis, a skill that many of her peers have long given up on so that they can see more patients. I feel fortunate to have met her and can't imagine ever finding someone as terrific should she ever retire. I have referred a multitude of people to her and there is not one person who has been dissatisfied. In fact, quite the opposite. She exhibits the highest level of character and she has helped me immeasurably. I give Dr. Reichstein the highest ratings without reservation. She is one in a million!
