I’ve been a patient of this doctor, and he should not be practicing. He is by far the worst doctor I’ve had in my life very rude, very ignorant, no knowledge whatsoever of the medical industry. The doctor should not be practicing what kind of doctor shrugs his shoulders on an issue that you have healthwise And says I wish I could do more for you. No follow up very bad experience dealing with this doctor I highly recommend you stay away from him

Dr. Kacer is knowable and will refer to another Dr if he can't help you !! He is also a good listener and is very patient.

Dr. Kacer is very accessible. Consultations are now done on the telephone but he is prompt and compassionate. I would highly recommend Dr. Kacer and his most excellent Nurse, Nancy. Kind, compassionate and helpful.

My sons and I have been going to Dr. Kacer for over 25 years and find him extremely knowledgeable and great to speak to. Despite the fact that he sees many patience, he ALWAYS takes the time to have a conversation with us.
I especially like the fact that he is NOT a pill pusher.
He also doesn't go down the "worse case" scenario as I have heard some doctors do. I really enjoy his sense of humour and wit. Nancy, who is understandably very busy is always kind and accommodating to patience.
The new look in the office reception area is great. Hope Dr. K. stays in practice for many more years.

I can't believe a professional would have such a rude, ignorant person as the face of his business. My mother and father have been patients for over 30 years. Unfortunately my father recently passed away. The way Stephanie spoke to my mother was totally unacceptable. We will be looking for another doctor if this is not rectified.

Always double or triple books great foctor but always waiting 1 hr with appointment so don't act like u always get in it's for a reason he's smart but iam inpatient when I'm sick and its bad practice he double books clients
