I cannot say enough enough about this man. The care and speed in which my recent illness was looked after by Dr Arsenault was amazing. He cares ,followed up on tests within hours . His fast action has definitely increased and sped up my recovery. THANK YOU

Absolutely horrible doctor, I got blood work done in DECEMBER, it is now APRIL and I’ve yet to hear for a follow up, I actually have to do everything on my own, I called the office a month ago and asked what was going on and they couldn’t even give me a straight answer, they then said I would get a call back but I have yet to receive one, I have yet to receive any contact at all from him… he doesn’t care at all, had to use health nb to refill my prescription or else I would have to wait a month or two for him to answer me back and then another month to get an appointment, which is OVER THE PHONE!

Excellent Dr. Always listens with great respect. One of the best Doctors on the Miramichi….I had and still have Dr. Arsenault from when he was new to the Miramichi.

He is always ready to address any problem I have . He is caring and I have had no problems waiting. He follows up well with tests and doesn’t overlook anything. If he feels a specialist is needed he gets me in. Can’t understand those other comments about him! If it is serious he always made time in his schedule to see me without having to wait too long.

Any follow up work and reports from others are never looked and forms never filled out. You have to keep charge of your own medical condition. Receptionist/ secretary is just as much to blame. Disrespectful.
