LOVE Dr Ross! Have used him and his staff since he opened his practice! He listens - never rushes you through like a number! He doesn't throw drugs at you nor does he do unnecessary testing BUT is thorough in trying to diagnose a problem and goes above and beyond in trying to help. Office staff is friendly and polite, never had a problem getting an appointment even in cases of same day need be. His PA's are just as friendly, work together with Dr Ross to provide the best care that you can ask for in Columbus!
