Office staff acts as if you are such a burden. They have no idea we are paying their salaries. Dr. Schoeffler is ok but will not deal with office staff to visit him. You are talking to a wall while trying to speak with staff. Waste of your money and time. Our opinion.

Staff never answers or calls back. Dr. Schoeffler told me if I had breast cancer there wouldn’t be any pain.

Left a message for return call.Should have known there is a staff issue when the record message said don't make repeated calls and leave message.Left a message and 48 hours later, NO RETURN CALL!Guess they have too many patients to care.

He is the best doctor I have ever had, so caring, and takes the time to listen, which most doctors don't seem to have time for anymore. His staff is excellent to deal with.

Dr Schoeffler is wonderful. I love hime because he doesn't chat you up. He comes in diagnoses prescribes and you are out of the door. He has saved my life more than once!
